Are babies are made with high quality materials and every fine little detail is meticulously accounted for. Tiny little veins and even realistic little milk bumps on their noses. Textured skin made from soft vinyl that is phthalate-free. The hair is hand painted and then baby soft fine mohair is painstakingly micro-rooted one hair at a time for a more realistic look.
If you are not satisfied with your new baby please feel free to return the baby to us. They must be returned within 24 hrs of receipt, shipped priority mail, and insured for full retail amount.
The baby must be in excellent condition. Please ship the baby in its original packaging and make sure it will not be damaged in the return shipment. Please understand, we are not trying to be difficult. These dolls take too many hours of artistic intensive creative work and we wish to receive them back in the same condition as we shipped them in. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You must include all outfits, pacifiers, birth certificates, and everything shipped with your doll.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AROUND ANY DOLL THAT YOU ARE RETURNING. Any doll that smells like smoke will not be accepted as a return.
If you would like to exchange it for another doll on our site we can do that also. We can also customize your baby to your satisfaction. We can customize hair color, eye color, and skin color.
